Deputy Business Manager at FOREX

Are you responsible and driven? Do you want to work in a role where you have the opportunity to develop yourself and your colleagues in sales and service?

We are now looking for a deputy business manager who wants to help develop FOREX. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

What does the job of deputy business manager entail?

As a deputy business manager at FOREX, you will work both as a salesperson and a leader. Together with the store manager, you play an important role in the store's success and are jointly responsible for driving the store's sales and daily operations.

You will further work with:

  • Acting as sales support and coaching employees in the store
  • Meeting our customers at the checkout
  • Administrative tasks
  • Together with the business manager, ensuring structure and order in the store

Our expectations of you

We are looking for someone with leadership qualities and a drive to develop yourself and your colleagues. You have the ability to motivate employees to reach the highest levels of sales, service, and order. A passion for sales while aiming to develop in a leadership role is essential for success in this position.

As a person, you are outgoing, stress-resistant, meticulous, goal-oriented, and good at communication. You have strong social skills and a positive attitude towards both colleagues and customers. You are enthusiastic, used to taking responsibility, and have a strong focus on results.

Requirements for the position:

  • Completed and full secondary education and you are 18 years old
  • You speak good Swedish and English. If you speak other languages and/or have experience from cultures other than Swedish, we consider it an asset.

It is an advantage to have experience in a leadership role within the company. In your role as deputy business manager, you are a role model in the store, and it is important that you lead by example.
